Staff is very friendly. It has 29" flat screen normal ctv. Car park lot. Near 2 coffee shops which serves white coffee/Chinese food and Teh Tarik/Muslim food. Provides umbrella. Not bad because it is only rm80 per night

The staffs are really friendly and serve us good enough, giving service when asked and leave you to explore the rest. This is the service I am looking for, rather than talked a lot without point. The location is excellent if you own a car (I do), and famous coffee shops are just around the corner.

Already booked through Booked.net, but when arrival Hotel Shangg, don't have my booking record.....I Book 1 until of Family Room, but until the end lucky manage to get 1 until of double room & the hotel try to add 1 bed for us.......if not ..... don't where to stay!!!

I booked family room through Booked.net with price RM100, but they told me that no family room for me at last minutes. finally I am no choice to take 2 rooms for price RM80 per room. I pay RM120 for 2 days.

The room that I stayed in was clean, especially the toilet. However, there were stains on the carpet. Presumably from cigarettes burnt marks? It was good value for money being economical priced for a weekend vacation. The location is excellent as it is nearby to where I want to go for food and shopping. Overall, a fairly good hotel.

Sound isolation of the room is bad. You can hear a lot out noise from inside the room. The water heater pump sound like a blender. When I stayed there, there is a mouse in the room, luckily it escaped through the door gap.

Owner was really nice and helped us a lot during our stay in the hotel. Good adress for daytrips to Cameron Highlands.

The staff is very friendly and helpfull! Room was nicely decorated, spacious and clean. The hotel is at walking distance (10-15minutes) of train station of Ipoh. Lovely local restaurants are around the hotel.

I never expect the hotel look so clean and the car park place also very safty.

I don't like the room did not have ceiling fan.

The hotel is clean and comfortable to stay. Basic facilities such as satelite tv and WiFi are provided as well.

Hotel guest may have difficulty in looking for local favourite food nearby. There is only a few food & beverage shops within walking distance but you may find lots of shops in 5 to 10 minutes if travel by car.

hotel staff is nice and very welcoming and helpful. Big clean rooms. Nice to stay.

Location is good as fas as you like to go by taxi. I preferred to walk and in this case location was poor. Not so close to center or restaurants.

The Cleanliness and friendly Staff at the Reception and also I found it Safe.

New building, very clear, excellent position. Parking for car. Best way for a journey in Ipoh!!! And cheap! ...really a 3 star hotel... (andrew &Roby)
